Reviews and Ratings
Staying on the 7th floor facing the back of La Sagrada Familia was a unique experience. The rooms, even with heating on full blast, were comfortable and clean. The staff, from the hotel concierge to room service, were polite, engaging, and customer-oriented. The location is excellent, allowing me to leisurely walk to La Sagrada Familia and enjoy a beautiful view, with a metro station conveniently around the corner. The dining experience offered great variety but seemed less appealing for its price. Dining in front of the Sagrada Familia was truly amazing. The facilities were well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, but the poor sound insulation led to sleep disruptions. The service was friendly and very helpful. The location was central, near Sagrada Familia, with great views from the upper terrace and easy access to outdoor cafes. The dining experience was excellent with a wide selection of delicious options, including complimentary sparking wine. The facilities were top-notch, providing a luxurious experience.
The hotel had compact rooms with a bit of style over comfort but was absolutely fine, though facing a noisy main street with no air conditioning. The cleanliness was top-notch, but some rooms without windows were extremely hot. The service was exceptional with staff going out of their way to provide assistance, including supplying a fan at 4 am. The location was amazing, especially the rooftop bar overlooking Sagrada Familia, and convenient for accessing major attractions. The dining experience offered excellent quality and a good variety of options at reasonable prices.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was excellent, being very close to Sagrada Familia and the metro station, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the room I got was disappointing with no view of the iconic landmark, and the facilities looked a bit tired. The dining options were decent, but a bit overpriced for what was offered.
The hotel had very clean rooms, but they were small, and the shower temperature was unstable. Unfortunately, there were no kettle, iron, coffee, or tea in the room, and the bed wasn't very comfortable. However, the room was peaceful despite the lack of daylight from an internal shaft.
The hotel overlooks the Sagrada Familia, which is amazing. The rooms, although new and clean, were a bit basic compared to similar hotels. However, the great view makes it worth a visit.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room facing Sagrada Familia offered excellent views, but the noise from the main street and lack of air conditioning made it less comfortable. The service was a mix of being ignored initially but then receiving great assistance in the middle of the night. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to metro stations and stunning views of Sagrada Familia. The dining experience was amazing with various options, but the noise at night and lack of air conditioning affected the overall stay.
The hotel is wonderfully located, near Sagrada Familia and with easy access to the metro, offering a relaxing stay with a beautiful view.
The hotel offers superbly clean and comfortable rooms, although lacking external views and showing a bit of dated decor; nevertheless, it is a good choice for a short stay. The full-length windows provide a magical view of the Sagrada Familia. The service, while slow at times and prone to forgetting orders, shines through the kind and helpful staff, especially Anna at reception. The location is exceptional, being very central and close to the Sagrada Familia and public transportation. The dining experience was delightful, with a good selection at the bar area and a lovely breakfast spread that encouraged repeat visits. The facilities were well-kept and appealing. The hotel provides great value for the vicinity to iconic attractions and excellent service.
The hotel is super cozy and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The staff members are incredibly helpful and attentive, making our experience truly enjoyable. On the downside, the rooms lacked luxurious amenities but were overall very comfortable and clean.
The hotel is well located in the heart of Barcelona, offering views of the iconic Sagrada Familia. The rooms are decent but need some improvements, especially regarding privacy and lighting. The service is top-notch, providing a range of helpful amenities. While the dining was satisfactory with typical Spanish breakfast options, there is room for enhancement. Overall, the hotel's facilities cater to basic needs but lack some modern touches.
The hotel rooms were modern and comfortable, worth the money, but could use some repairs. The service was always friendly and helpful, especially being close to Sagrada Familia. The location was fantastic with views of Sagrada Familia and easy access to the metro. The dining experience was good with various meal choices. The facilities were well-maintained but could be improved.
The hotel is in a superb location with amazing views of La Sagrada Familia. The rooms are always sparkling clean but show signs of wear and tear. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The dining experience is decent but not exceptional, and the rooftop bar offers a relaxing atmosphere. A great choice for convenience and value in Barcelona.
The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms, although they lack a cathedral view. The location is fabulous, being just a block away from the Sagrada Familia. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the noise from the main hall can be bothersome. The dining experience is excellent with plenty of food variety.
The hotel offers a lovely view of La Sagrada Familia from the rooms, even though lacking some amenities like a kettle or coffee/tea set. It's facing north, opposite the church, which provides a different perspective. The location is ideal for those wanting to be near the famous landmark, though the surrounding area might not have as many dining options. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
